We aim to offer free delivery wherever possible, but some locations incur an additional fee. Please check our [Delivery Guide] for full details.
Yes, we can split packs to suit your exact measurements. We recommend ordering about 10% extra to allow for wastage or breakages. A £30 Split Pack fee applies.
A standard laying guide is supplied with all our products and can also be downloaded from our website or emailed on request.
Yes, we send out samples of all our products. Postage is £4.99, which will be refunded against your order if you later make a purchase.

Delivery depends on the service you choose:

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
  • Economy Delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
    Orders are usually dispatched the next working day.
Deliveries are made by third-party hauliers between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Deliveries are kerbside only, using a tail-lift and pump truck. The driver cannot move pallets beyond the kerb.
Yes. Standard deliveries use an 18.5-tonne lorry, but we can request a 7.5-tonne lorry for tight access. This costs £10 per pallet.
Yes, we can arrange express or nominated-day delivery, with AM or PM slots available at an extra cost. Please contact our sales team for surcharges.
No. Deliveries are made with a tail-lift and pump truck, not by crane.
We recommend that someone is present to inspect the goods and sign for delivery. Alternatively, we can arrange kerbside delivery without a signature if agreed in advance.
If a pallet is badly damaged, call us immediately and note the damage on the delivery paperwork. We will assess the situation and either replace the goods or offer a partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
Yes. Customers can book delivery up to six days in advance. For longer lead times, please contact us.
  • 560 Series: 5 sizes – 840×560, 560×560, 560×420, 560×280, 280×280
  • 600 Series: 4 sizes – 900×600, 600×600, 600×290, 290×290
    Both ranges offer the same quality and texture; only the sizes differ.
  • Sawn Edge: Machine-cut, giving a clean, contemporary look.
  • Chisel Edge: Hand-dressed for a more natural, rustic finish.
The straight edge should face upward, with the chamfered edge down. If unsure, consult our laying guide.
No — natural stone varies in colour and tone. Photos are for reference only, as colour can be affected by lighting, jointing compound, base colour, or sealants.
Clean at least twice a year using an algae cleaner. See our range of cleaning products for more information.
A light pressure wash is all that’s needed.
Sealing is optional but helps reduce cleaning and protects against weather and dirt. See our sealant range for details.
Wait 4–6 weeks after installation to allow natural salts to rise. Apply sealant only in dry weather.
Allow a 15 mm gap (roughly the width of a finger).
