We offer free delivery to all KENT COUNTY postcodes. (Additional charges may apply for certain areas—please see the table below.)

Express Delivery
For most products, express delivery is available at an extra cost, which can be selected during checkout.
Pallet Information
Maximum weight: 1000 kg
All pallets are compatible with both forklifts and manual pump trucks.
Delivery Vehicle
Orders are delivered using an 18-tonne rigid truck with a tail lift.
The vehicle must be able to park safely without blocking the road.
Unloading
The driver will unload your goods kerbside using a tail lift and manual pump truck.
Deliveries cannot be placed on soft or uneven surfaces, such as grass or gravel.
Access Requirements
Ensure there is sufficient space for the vehicle to reach your address and turn around safely.
Remove Obstructions
Please clear any obstacles so the driver can get as close as possible to your property.
Check & Sign
Any visible damage should be clearly noted on the delivery paperwork, or we may not be able to assist.

Delivery Information & Terms
Delivery Date
We will arrange delivery for your chosen date, but we cannot guarantee arrival on that exact day. Deliveries are handled by a third-party haulier, so we cannot accept liability for any costs caused by delays. Please book labour or hire tools only after your goods have arrived.
Delivery Window
Standard delivery takes place between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm on the arranged day. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimated time of arrival. If you are not present to sign for the order, or if you refuse the goods, a re-delivery fee (set by the haulier) will be charged before delivery can be attempted again.
Vehicles & Access
- Deliveries are usually made with an 18-ton rigid truck using a tail lift and manual pump truck.
- Please inform us in advance if your site cannot accommodate an 18-ton vehicle to avoid re-delivery fees.
- The driver will unload kerbside or at the end of your driveway.
- Deliveries must be made to a flat, solid surface that can support a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne. We cannot deliver on grass, gravel, or other soft ground.
- If you require a crane/HIAB delivery, please contact us before ordering (additional charges may apply).
- Let us know about any access restrictions beforehand to prevent failed delivery or extra costs.
Condition & Breakages
We take every care to ensure goods arrive safely, but a small number of items may occasionally be damaged in transit. Please allow up to 10% extra when ordering to cover cuts, wastage, and minor breakages.
- No replacements or refunds can be offered for damage below our 7.5% tolerance level.
- If breakages exceed 7.5%, we will refund the value of the items above tolerance or arrange replacements where possible.
- Inspect your delivery on arrival. If you see or suspect damage, sign the paperwork as “damaged.” Claims cannot be accepted if delivery is not signed for as damaged.
- Natural stone varies in colour and finish. Veining, shading, and other natural characteristics are not considered faults.
Reporting Issues
You have 48 hours from delivery to report any damaged or missing items. Please keep the original packaging and provide written and photographic evidence. For breakages above tolerance, we will:
- Refund the value of the damaged goods, or
- Send replacements (shipping charges may apply).
Property Protection
While drivers take care, we cannot be held responsible for damage to your property or possessions during delivery. Please protect surfaces and clear the delivery area beforehand.
