To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, please note the following:

  • The product must be a like-for-like, brand new item, not a similar or alternative product.
  • The competitor’s product must be available for purchase online through a direct retailer’s website, not via third-party platforms such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace.
  • The product must not be discontinued, part of a clearance sale, or an end-of-line item.
  • The total price being matched will include delivery costs and VAT.
  • The competitor must offer the same delivery method and service area as Iconstone Paving Limited.
  • Only one price match request can be processed per order.
  • The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to temporary promotions, sales, or special offers from other retailers.

  • A link to the competitor’s product listing
  • Your Iconstone order number
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 working days.
